Jeffrey Waters has over 40 years of extensive financial management experience. He is a hands-on professional with strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills, and he possesses a proven track record in both administration and operations.
As Controller at many stops in his career – many in the manufacturing space – Jeff has directed all aspects of finance and accounting including responsibility for cost, analysis, planning and control, operating results, capital expenditures and inventories. He has also hired, trained, and coached new employees and supervised both professional and hourly employees.
Jeff’s background also includes designing and implementing new programs, building processes, and leading training and mentoring staff to put his plans into action. His vision and leadership skills enable organizations to operate more efficiently while adhering to various compliance regulations.
