Jay Mathewson
Director
Jay Mathewson has more than 30 years of business optimization experience including technology, business process outsourcing, consumer packaged goods, healthcare, and private equity. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong executive leadership background who works closely with companies to transform business operations by providing continuous improvement, solutions design, performance management, project/program management, content management, quality, training and leadership development, and data analytics support.
He served as the technical liaison for Microsoft and led Gateway’s product quality department, served as a Regional Director of Quality and Six Sigma for Sitel Group (now Foundever), and led the continuous improvement and analytics efforts for TMS Health. Jay then led STARTEK’s continuous improvement, training, leadership development, PMO departments in addition to designing, implementing, and managing the STARTEK Operating Platform. Additionally, he worked locally with Wells Enterprises (Blue Bunny Ice Cream), leading the company’s revenue management data analytics, strategy development, and tactical planning/execution.
Jay has partnered with clients to design and implement continuous improvement solutions for companies across several industries, while facilitating growth and stability.
