Wendee Woodson brings nearly 30 years of practical talent management experience to the CFO Systems team. She spent the first half of her career serving in various HR roles in the Banking & Finance industry where he gained valuable skills in employee relations, leadership and communication.
This experience prepared her for the next chapter in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) world at firms where she led the corporate Human Resources departments and was responsible for all talent acquisition, management and development initiatives. Some of her notable achievements include championing award winning cultures, creating successful leadership development and DEI programs, as well as being elected as the first woman to the firm’s Board of Directors.
She has gained a strong command of talent acquisition and retention, coaching for performance, strategic thinking, employment law & compliance, benefits & compensation as well as creating the employee experience. Wendee’s wealth of experience in developing talent to their full potential, and passion for aligning the people of an organization with the business’ goals and strategy, helps our clients to meet today’s challenges while effectively growing their businesses.
