David Legler

David Legler has nearly two decades of significant experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and finance, consistently building cohesive teams honed to focus on tasks without losing sight of the big picture. His global experience includes working closely with operations in Asia, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East/North Africa, and leading operational teams in India.
He has used his skills to create and implement new processes, lead organizations through major changes including acquisition integrations, restructurings, and divestitures. Additionally, he possesses strong knowledge of business systems structure and functionality. In his most recent role, David served as an independent consultant where he served as a project lead for a team of three assigned to right-size inventories for a large global business unit within a tight, three-month timeline. He also applied theoretical methods to create a model that set appropriate targets and identified metrics to explore further inventory reductions.
David employs critical thinking, financial analysis, data, and statistical tools to arrive at winning solutions and execute process improvements. He is a talented mentor whose leadership inspires engagement, excellence, growth, and positive results for organizations and his client base.
