Creig Coffman has over 25 years of executive accounting and finance experience primarily in the banking, commercial construction, and trades industries that includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for an employee-owned mechanical contractor. By researching and implementing a more effective ERP and accounting system, he led his team to substantially improve job cost integrity, margins, and the monthly close cycle. As a result, EBITDA as a percentage of revenue improved from 4% to consistently over 10%.
His previous work experience covers a wide range of finance and accounting disciplines including CFO responsibilities, Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers and Acquisitions (including Private Equity), Capital Markets, Commercial Credit Underwriting, Treasury Management, and Information Technology (ERP and accounting software implementations). He has extensive experience maintaining relationships with banking institutions as well as third-party accounting, legal, insurance and technology organizations.
Creig is passionate about utilizing business analytics to understand operations and identify areas of improvement. He has a strong track record of developing meaningful Key Performance Indicators and reporting to help stakeholders effectively manage the business. He values working across all business functions to establish buy-in on what’s important and how to measure it.
