Mike Draper has over 30 years of extensive accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and business management experience within varied industries that include start-ups, real estate, international markets, money management, biotechnology, information technology, agribusiness, and insurance.
He has gained valuable executive experience serving both public (SEC reporting) and private companies. In his most recent role, Mike led the commercialization efforts for a start-up company taking product concepts and prototype designs to manufacturable, commercial-ready products. Additionally, Mike identified and contracted third-party manufacturing partners and initiated the build-out of a nationwide sales and distribution network for the company products.
Mike’s responsibilities have regularly included the full range of business management, accounting, financial planning and reporting, as well as engaging in regular communication with a Board of Directors, banks and investor groups. He has also been actively involved in designing and implementing employee insurance plans and benefits, overseeing information systems and a variety of negotiations, and playing a significant role in a company’s Initial Public Offering.
