Andy Green is an executive-level controller with 15 years of experience in strong financial leadership with proven success in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, modeling, budgeting, and financial data integration. He is passionate about using automation to help companies focus on value-add activities.
His past responsibilities have including developing and maintaining relationships with banking institutions and audit teams; establishing key performance indicators for executive teams; collaborating with senior leadership to complete the annual budget and forecasts; and coaching and developing staff and team members to ensure growth.
While working for manufacturing, agricultural, construction, and employee-owned companies, Andy served as the controller for an international employee-owned manufacturing firm where he managed all financial reporting. Additionally, he was actively involved with improving profitability and helping automate executive reporting packages, financial statements, accounts payable, and the month-end close process.
Andy comes to work every day with a smile on his face ready to help guide his clients to improve processes, streamline operations, and connect analytical trends. He is always willing to take on challenging projects and get his hands dirty to help complete projects and tasks in a timely fashion.
