Amy Cyboron is a strong leader with a proven track record who has over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Her strengths lie in re-engineering business-critical financial processes and driving key financial transformations.
She started her career in Big 4 public accounting earning her CPA before obtaining her MBA and moving into ever-growing finance positions and ultimately, Controller and CFO roles. Her experience spans a variety of industries including agriculture, retail, railroad transportation, telecommunications, distribution, and pharmaceutical.
Amy has made impactful contributions to companies of all sizes that has included reducing reporting timeframes, reducing headcount, managing accounting/planning/budgeting/reporting/HR/payroll system implementations, developing forecasting and projecting processes, establishing subsidiaries, and leading the due diligence and integration for acquisitions. An ardent supporter of people development, teamwork, and innovation, she has led Human Resources and advised leaders, managers, and supervisors in identifying and resolving operational business issues, risks, and opportunities. Committed to cost improvement, Amy has worked extensively with third-party providers to ensure appropriate cost/value.
